How long do I get the boxes for?

Every package includes a standard 2-week rental. Need more time? Extensions are available at a small weekly rate — just let us know in advance.

How are the boxes cleaned between customers?

Every crate is inspected and sanitized between rentals. We use a commercial cleaning process, so the boxes show up fresh and ready to pack.

What if I need more boxes after delivery?

We've got you covered. Just call or email — we can bring additional crates within 24 hours in most parts of Chicago.

Is delivery and pickup really free?

Yes. Every package price includes both drop-off at your old place and pickup at your new one, within our Chicagoland service area. No surprise fees.

Do you offer packages for offices or commercial moves?
